Autosaving your scorecards
Interviews are a critical part of hiring. Scorecards often include a lot of questions and you need to make sure to capture detailed feedback on a candidate. This makes scorecards one of the most sensitive tools in the hiring process. Losing even a small amount of progress can be frustrating and disrupt your workflow.
As of now, as you fill out scorecards, we will automatically save them to your browser. Here’s how this feature helps:
- As you fill out a scorecard, your work is continuously saved to your browser. No manual saving required. Once you're satisfied with your scorecard, submit it so it's visible to the rest of your team.
- Whether you accidentally close the tab, face an unexpected error, or need to quickly navigate elsewhere, your scorecard will be ready when you return.
This feature is designed to give you peace of mind, so you can focus on capturing meaningful feedback without worrying about interruptions.
Improvements & Fixes
- ✨ We updated how we handle compression of large files.
- 🐞 We fixed an issue where updating the application form for a candidate would shuffle them in their respective pipeline stage.
- 🐞 If you tried adding a template that contained curly braces, we could sometimes interpret that as our variables (when they were not).
- 🐞 The interview kit question ordering would sometimes get jumbled (depending if they were edited or not). They now preserve their order!
